Le Doubblé Troubblé Chardonnay 2016
Region: Dundee Hills , Oregon
Note: This single vineyard wine rocks, a mere 102 cases produced, they were very lucky to get access to this fruit so its mums the word! Can you keep it a secret?
A single vineyard wine, but from an unknown vineyard.
A perfect match for the end of a long drive to or from the mountains!
Tasting Notes: Wow!
This is not your grandmother’s Chardonnay. The nose opens with bright stone fruit and freshness. It is really enticing and inviting. The hazelnuts shine along with the nectarines. The cool climate fruit shines through.
The palate shows well-integrated oak influence, without overwhelming, easing into a long and lingering vanilla bean finish. This wine is seamless with a lovely balance.
