This IPA takes pointers from New England and is extremely hoppy. Whilst packing in a massive 35kg of hops (even more than our last batch!) this beer is not overly bitter, and at 6.2% abv has great drinkability.
Being unfiltered and packed with hops (Chinook, Motueka, Mosaic, Equinot, Pacific Jade) this beer pours a hazy gold and hits the sensors straight away with tropical fruit aromas. Whilst the hops shine, the grist profile shouldn't be underestimated, It's one of our most complicated to date and is what makes this beer unique and stand out above others as an AJB beer.
